The beef industry doesn’t want Silicon Valley to call its lab-grown foods ‘meat’

The U.S. Cattlemen's Association (USCA) has filed a lengthy petition to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in hopes of establishing clearer rules around what constitutes "meat" and "beef."
