Keydata founder Ford says he might appeal $100 million fine

Stewart Ford, founder of now-defunct "death bonds" firm Keydata, said on Wednesday he might seek an appeal after losing a battle against Britain's markets regulator over a record 76 million pound ($100 million) fine.
