Countries Ground Boeing 737 MAX 8 Planes as Ethiopian Crash Similar to Indonesian Crash

As the nation of Ethiopia observed a day of mourning Monday for the victims of an Ethiopian Airlines crash which killed all 157 passengers and crew on board, three countries have grounded Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft as a precaution.
